• Patrick Lowendahl has posted some good information on Encapsulation and Automatic properties in C# 3.0.
• Derek Slager has provided us a nice Regular Expression Tester.
• Mads Kristensen has a post containing some great code to Resolve and shorten URLs in C#.
• Aaron Sprague tells us about the Singleton Pattern.
• Here is a good example in the use of Enum from Christopher Bennage.
• Azam Sharp has created a good example of using the List.ForEach Method.
• Steven Smith has posted on Using PowerShell to Automate a SQL Task.

• Dumb Little Man is continuing a series on finding a healthier lifestyle with an article about Finding the Perfect Exercise Routine.
• The Positivity Blog has posted about Why You Should Write Things Down.
• LifeHack has an article that tells us How to Avoid Lengthy Interruptions at Work.
• The official GMail Blog has posted the Top 10 little-known Gmail features ~ Part 1 ~ Part 2.
• On the Lifehacker website, I ran across Five Tools to Capture Your Thoughts. I currently use Jott and along with other tools, it has definitely helped with my productivity.

Sports, Entertainment and Everything Else

• Here are some creative 404 Error Pages.  I really like the “Good job Skippy” one. 
• I grew up in the 80’s so I can really relate to this list. I admit, I do find myself humming some of the tunes from time to time.
• Some of my favorite movies have been the Resident Evil series.  The newest installment, Resident Evil: Extinction, starts this coming Friday, 9/21.  I will be in the theatre opening day.
