This is is my weekly speed link post. It is here that I note the web sites that I have run across that interest me - whether it be related to work or play.

- Jeff Atwood has posted an article with some great information on LCD monitors titled Not All LCD Panels Are Created Equal.
- There is a great article on Web Worker Daily by Chris Poteet on how to Become a Del.icio.us Power User. I am a firm believer in Del.icio.us.
Self-Improvement, Productivity and Career
- Todd Goldfarb lists 7 Effective Ways to Implement Positive Thinking. I think I need the most help with using positive language.
- Dumb Little Man points to 150 Resources to Help You Write Better and Faster.
- The Fruitful Time blog tells us how to Get rid of stress once and for all. I really agree with the first point; however, I still find it hard to do under stress.
- Here is a very detailed article on TechRepublic on how to Write a resume that will land you a programming job.
- The Fruitful Time Blog explains how to Make exercise part of your daily routine. I am finding that mornings are easier than after work.
- The Ririan Project lists 13 Tips to Maximize Every Hour of Your Day.
- Todd Goldfarb lists 24 Powerful Relaxation Techniques. I could go for some of that!!!!
Sports, Entertainment and Everything Else
- Here is a list of the 8 Most Harrowing Tornado Encounters Ever Caught on Tape. I can relate to some of these. An F4 tornado went through our neighborhood back in 1993.
- Joss Whedon the creater of my favorite TV series of all time is Returning to TV with a new series called Dollhouse.
